DRM EARZ DRM-XSP CUSTOM FITTED AMBIENT IN EAR MONITORS - $350 This Brand New innovative design can only be found exclusively at DRM Earz. We are proud to offer the DRM-XSP (Xtra Sensory Protection) Custom Fitted Ambient In Ear Monitors. This will hopefully put an end to the loss of ambiance issue associated with the isolation from custom fitted iem’s. We have taken our most popular DRM-1 monitors and added a miniature ambient microphone in the side of your choice which enables you to add in stage ambiance as needed without having to pull out a monitor just to clearly hear someone speaking to you. This idea is most popular with singers and speakers. Most frontmen can be seen performing with one monitor out trying to capture the ambiance they lose from the 26db isolation you get with customs. To me that always defeated the purpose which was to get rid of the loud stage volume. The DRM-XSP allows you to keep the monitors in at all times and dial in the stage or ambient volume accordingly with the easy to use rotary volume knob. LOW END CHAMBER (LEC) OPTION $35 This is a Brand New Option that is exclusive to DRM Earz. We started out trying to find a remedy for people with over waxy ear canals by creating an inverted bell tip on each monitor. It does exactly what we wanted by making it virtually impossible for wax to enter the sound tube with the LEC option. In doing this we also discovered the air space we create in the tip also doubles as a Low End Chamber causing the low end to be bigger and more defined. The LEC option is available on the DRM-1, DRM-2 and DRM-XSP monitors.
